1. Services
Blue Jay Designs provides design and marketing services as outlined on this website and in project quotations or package descriptions.
2. Packages and billing
Monthly packages are billed in advance. Advertising spend is excluded from all packages and is paid by the client directly to the relevant platform. Unused deliverables in a given month do not carry over.
3. Revisions
One revision round is included per deliverable unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are quoted and billed separately.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide content, information, feedback and approvals by agreed deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
5. Ownership and licences
On full payment, final approved deliverables are licensed to the client for their intended business use. Blue Jay retains the right to display work in its portfolio.
6. Results
Blue Jay cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, enquiries or sales. Paid-advertising performance depends on the offer, audience, budget, landing page and market conditions.
7. Termination
Monthly packages can be cancelled with reasonable notice. Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains payable.
